Privacy notice

This site collects limited personal information to evaluate outing requests and to contact guests. Specifically:

• Request form (Tally). Name, email, phone, relationship to the host, party details. Retained 24 months after the associated outing, then purged.
• Email correspondence. Gmail archive, retained 24 months.
• Signed waiver. Retained 7 years in a private encrypted folder.
• Analytics (Umami). Aggregate page views and events. No cookies. No personal identifiers.

No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the host's retained attorney (waiver matters) or accountant (year-end cost reconciliation).

To request access to or deletion of your data: email {OPERATOR_EMAIL}. Honored within 30 days.

Terms of use

• This site is an informational endpoint for a private, non-commercial guest outing program. It is not a commercial service.
• No transactions occur on this site. No payment information is collected.
• The host reserves absolute discretion to accept or decline any request.
• Content on this site is owned by the host. Photographs may not be reproduced without written permission.

Accessibility statement

This site is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email {OPERATOR_EMAIL} and the host will respond and remediate within 30 days.

Non-commercial posture acknowledgment

The host holds no Merchant Mariner Credential, accepts no paying passengers, advertises no outings, publishes no cost schedule, and operates under a signed non-commercial associate policy. Guests may reimburse a proportional share of actual documented costs (fuel, club guest fee, provisions) as a reimbursement — not a fee — and never in an amount exceeding the host's outlay.
