Requests are reviewed by the host. Minimum 72 hours advance notice. Maximum 60 days out. Please request at least two possible dates.

Before you submit. This program is limited to personal and professional contacts of the host. If we have not met or worked together, this is not the right fit — Chicago has many licensed commercial operators better suited to public requests.

JavaScript is required to load the request form. If you can't enable it, please email the host at {OPERATOR_EMAIL} with your name, relationship to the host, preferred dates, and party size.

What happens after you submit

The host reviews your request within 24 hours.
If approved, you'll receive a calendar invitation, a cost-share estimate, and the waiver link.
If declined, you'll receive a brief note — typically because the program is limited to pre-existing contacts.
